What is the standard shipping time for MINISFORUM orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and the specific warehouse stock.
Do your mini PCs come with a warranty?
Yes, all MINISFORUM computers include a 2-year limited warranty covering hardware defects. Accessories and batteries are covered for 6 months.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Can I upgrade the RAM and SSD on my mini PC?
Most of our models feature an expandable design. You can typically upgrade the DDR memory and M.2 NVMe storage without voiding your warranty, provided no physical damage occurs during the process.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
For many regions, we offer tax-inclusive shipping. However, depending on your country's customs policies and the shipping method selected, you may be responsible for local VAT or import duties upon arrival.
